This may be caused by a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, the technical limitations of themes, plugins, hosting providers, etc.).
It will be your responsibility to either create a back up or your data before we perform our services or to hire us to create said back up for an additional fee. Failure to take either of these measures will signify your acceptence of any and all risks to the intengrity of your data that might occur as the result of work performed by StudioUnum.
While we do install and offer support for WordPress themes and plugins, their level of quality is ultimately the responsibility of the developer who created them. We do not, therefore, guarantee any WordPress theme or plugin in anyway and it should be understood that they are provided “AS IS.”
In cases where we have been hired to perform services that involve third-party sites i.e. Feedburner, you authorize us to act on your behalf in order to perform certain actions such as register for said services, burn feeds, etc.
StudioUnum, its staff, and associates shall be held harmless and are in no way responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of this site.
We are not to be held responsible should the services that we have been requested to perform ultimately result in your incurring web hosting fees, receiving a warning for your hosting provider, or any other situations that my arise between you and your web host.
While we make every effort to perform our services at the highest level we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, site downtime, or any other situations that may arise as a result of the services that we have been requested to perform.
We reserve the right, at our discreation, to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason. If service is refused after payment is received and a portaion of the work has been performed, we will refund the funds that remain for the work that has not yet been performed.
Refunds will not be given for work that has already been performed.
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the services offered at the StudioUnum web site.
