A veteran of the “Dot Com” boom days, Carlos relocated to Raleigh, NC with his family in 2008. He has been developing for the web since 1996 and has designed and developed enterprise web applications and web sites for several Fortune 500 companies as well as small to medium-sized companies in Raleigh, NC. In addition to his web work, Carlos has produced over 30 mobile game and application titles for Sony Pictures, iPlay, LimeLife & KTA Mobile.
